The original home was originally built in 1955 in the suburbs of Glen Ellyn and was ready to be expanded. It took 3 years and two separate building permits to complete but the couple were thrilled with the end result.
Phase one consisted of a new 3 car garage and vestibule. The garage consists of 3 separated bays with one bay requiring an elevated ceiling to accommodate an auto lift. The interior was fully dry walled and includes a large storage attic with fold down stair.
The second Phase was a new master bedroom and bathroom with a large family room on the first floor.
